STRENGTH & PERFORMANCE TRAINING

All training sessions must be booked through the PushPress Members App.

Once you have completed your plan purchase, please download the app from your App Store to schedule/book your workouts.

 

Members App: Each class you plan to attend must be booked or reserved on the app to lock in your spot in the class. If a class is full please join the waiting list, so that you may be notified if an opening becomes available.

 

The Strength Training Plan is on a recurring basis. If you plan to withdraw from the strength program, a 30 day notice prior to the next billing cycle is required. Speed Training is broken down into a 6 Week Training Block. One-time payment that will cover all 6 weeks.
