Keep Grinding Basketball and the Grind & Hoop Factory strives its best to offer the highest level of quality service to our clients and basketball family. To help us continue this level of service, we ask that everyone please read (in entirety) and follow all guidelines and procedures within our terms and conditions.
All appointments MUST be booked 24 hours in advance. Bookings must be made directly from the website or app.
All sales and purchases are final. There are NO REFUNDS under any circumstance. We ask that you please understand that all workout packages and subscriptions have an expiration date. If sessions have not been completed prior to the expiration date, the remaining workouts are no longer accessible. These sessions DO NOT rollover into the next billing period. Once expired, a renewal or new purchase is required to continue workouts, packages, and/or subscriptions.
Keep Grinding Basketball is not responsible for cancelling sessions for clients. All cancellations and rescheduled appointments on the client's behalf must be made through the website or app. Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours prior to the start of the scheduled session or workout time. If a late cancellation occurs, the previous scheduled workout cannot be rescheduled and a new purchase must be made to schedule another workout.
To reschedule a workout, a notice must be made at least 6 hours prior to the start of the scheduled workout. Rescheduling can only be done through the website.
No Show Policy
There will be NO makeups sessions or rescheduling for no shows.
Parents/Guardians are not allowed in the facility during skill sessions or classes, but may enter during the last 5 minutes to pickup your athlete. If you are granted access to view a skill session, video recordings are not permitted at any point.
